Analysis on the Obstacles for Efficient Operation of Office Automation Systemin Agricultural Research Institutions

随着网络化和信息化的高速发展,办公自动化已经成为农业科研单位规范管理和高效服务的重要方式和途径并得到广泛应用[1]。简要介绍了办公自动化系统的涵义和实践意义,重点对影响办公自动化系统高效运行的信息资源利用和共享、功能开发利用、信息安全、人才、观念转变、管理体制、信息技术等主要障碍进行了探讨,旨在为农业科研单位办公自动化系统的建设提供参考借鉴。

With the rapid development of network and information technology,office automation hasbecome an important way to standardize management and efficient service of agricultural scientific research institutions and be widely used.In this paper the connotation and practical significance of office automation system were briefly introduced,the major obstacles such as utilization and sharing of information resources,system development,information security,talent,ideas,management system were discussed.Some recommendations for the construction of office automation system were proposed at last.
