During the designing of library community audiovisual room construction,this paper discusses and gives opinion on the process of dealing with the audio and video,which needs more attention;and explains in detail the key point of technical requirements in general designing process.It expounds the details,which are easily overlooked while the implementation of audio and video technologies in community audiovisual room of library;and put forward the concrete solution as the refference for further construction of community audiovisual room.
