摘要
通过滨河新区橡胶坝设计,分析行洪河道上建设橡胶坝拦蓄水面时应考虑到的防洪问题,在充排水设计、底板高程、消能防冲设计及后期运行管理等方面提出经验与建议。
Through the rubber dam design on Binhe new district,analysis flood control of construction of rubber dam on flood river,experience and suggestions on the pump drainage design,the bottom elevation,energy dissipation and running management are put forward.
