Safety Evaluation and Analysis for Mingqin Reservoir Dam

国内早期修建的土石坝因设计、施工、运行管理等方面存在的问题,在经过长期内外因素影响下,坝体安全受到严重影响,应对此类大坝及时进行安全性鉴定。结合湖北省十堰市明钦水库工程实例,从水库的工程地质、防洪标准、运行管理、工程质量、渗流安全及结构安全等主要方面,对该水库工程的安全性进行全面复核和评价,为其它类似工程安全鉴定提供参考和借鉴。

For the earth- rock dams built earlier in China,there existent problems in design,construction and management,and their security have been seriously impacted under the long- term effects of both internal and external factors. So it is very urgent to give an appraisal of their safety in time. This article,taking Mingqin reservoir dam in Shiyan city,Hubei province as an example,stated overall appraisals on the safety condition of the reservoir from the main aspects,such as engineering geology map,flood- control standard,operation management,project quality,problems in seepage and structure safety. It can offers important reference for safety appraising of similar engineering.
