低水胶比掺粉煤灰混凝土的力学性能试验研究

摘要 针对实际工程中混凝土浇筑存在的为节省造价或保证强度而形成的粉煤灰掺量过大或过小的极端现象进行室内试验研究,探索粉煤灰的合理掺量,优化混凝土配合比设计,以使混凝土工作性能和力学性能均予以保证的前提下尽量节省造价。试验得出粉煤灰最优掺量与合理水胶比范围,对于混凝土中掺粉煤灰的工程应用有积极的指导意义。 Aiming at the actual engineering concrete existence to save cost or ensure the strength and the formation of the fly ash content is too large or small extremes were studied by indoor experiments,explore the reasonable quantity of fly ash,optimization of concrete mix design,in order to make the concrete working performance and mechanical properties have to be to ensure that the premise to save cost.Experiment of fly ash the optimum adding quantity and reasonable water cement ratio range,for concrete mixing fly ash in engineering application has positive guiding significance.
