A brief introduction of Guanyinyan reservoir project is given as well as it′s financial evaluation and national economy evaluation.The financial evaluation results show that the project has certain profitability with the enterprise capital financial internal return rate is 6.58%,which is greater than the benchmark return rate of 6%.And the national economy evaluation results show that the project has good economic evaluation index with the national economic internal return rate is 9.15%,which is higher than the social discount rate of 8%,the economic net present value is 81 600 000 Yuan,which is greater than zero,and the economic benefit cost ratio is 1.16,which is near the ratio of 1.The implementation of Guanyinyan reservoir project can promote the social economy of reservoir area sustainable and stable development,and also has vital significance to improve people′s living standards.
