A Study on the Rollover Safety of Bus Body with Consideration of Occupant Injury

摘要 根据ECE R66法规的要求,建立了客车车身段的有限元模型,并通过试验验证了有限元模型的仿真精度,对客车侧翻过程和结构变形等进行了分析。在此基础上,构建了车体-乘员组合的有限元模型,研究了佩戴和不佩戴安全带条件下,不同位置乘员侧翻时的运动轨迹、损伤状况及其评价。 Based on the requirements of regulation ECE R66, a finite element (FE) model for bus body section is built with its simulation accuracy verified by test, and the rollover process and structural deformation of bus are analyzed. On this basis a FE model for body section with occupants is then constructed to investigate the motion path, injury status and their evaluation of occupants at different positions with and without safety belt worn.
