摘要 阐述了噪声的结构传递路径分析基本理论,详细分析了激励力的测量方法。以某车型的轮胎/路面噪声为例,建立了传递路径分析模型,进行了结构传递路径试验。同时通过计算得到车内目标点的合成噪声,计算结果与实测数据吻合很好。通过耦合激振力和声-振传递函数的计算,找出对车内噪声贡献量最大的传递路径为通过左、右后桥和左减振器与车身连接点的路径。通过对后桥结构进行改进,成功解决了该车的轮胎/路面噪声问题。 The basic theory on the structural transfer path analysis of noise is presented and the measurement method of excitation force is analyzed in detail. With the tire/road noise of a vehicle as example, a transfer path analysis model is built and a structural transfer path test is carried out. Meanwhile the resultant interior noises at target points are calculated with a result well agreeing with test data. By calculating coupled excitation force and sound/vibration transfer function, it is found that the top three transfer paths having greatest contributions on interior noise are those going through the connecting points of right/left rear axles and left shock absorber with vehicle body. With the modification of rear axle structure, the issue of tire/road noise of the vehicle is successfully resolved.
