Outward Internationalization of Manufacturing in Hubei Province:Analysis and Countermeasures

湖北自从改革开放以来,制造业获得了迅速发展,出口规模不断扩大,制造业出口结构不断优化,但目前还存在外贸总额占全国比重偏低、对外贸易依存度过低、传统制造业所占比重高、科技创新实力不强等诸多问题,论文针对以上问题提出了建立现代企业制度、与跨国公司合作、增加研究经费投入、加快生产性服务业发展、利用外资和加快高新技术产业发展等措施,以期能够提升湖北省制造业外向国际化水平。

The manufacturing industry of Hubei province has developed rapidly since China's reform and opening up. The export scale has enlarged and the export structure has optimized constantly. But there also exist many problems such as the proportion of foreign trade volume accounting for the total volume is not high,the ratio of dependence on foreign trade is very low,the traditional manufacturing industry accounts for a high proportion and the capability of scientific and technological innovation is not strong. To improve the level of outward internationalization of Hubei manufacturing industry,enterprises should build up modern corporate system,cooperate with multinational corporations,increase research funding,utilize foreign capital and accelerate the development of producer services and high and new technology industries.
