作为我国检察制度重要内容的我国检察机关领导体制,一直处于不断调适之中。决定检察机关领导体制的因素有国家面临的主要任务、国家的法治发展水平、中央与地方政权的实力博弈结果、国家政治形势的重大变化以及中央与地方利益分化程度等。在今后的检察制度改革中,应积极采取措施逐步使检察机关的领导体制沿着垂直的方向发展。

Leadership system of procuratorial organ in China has been adapting. The decisive factors are China's major missions,legal level,the game between the central government and the local government,important change of political situation and the degree of differentiation between the central government and the local government. In the future,it is better for leadership system to develop in perpendicular direction.
