摘要
目的探讨超声造影在肝癌TACE介入治疗后局部疗效判断中的应用价值.方法对39个肝癌病灶在TACE介入治疗后进行超声造影(CEUS)检查,以最终诊断为标准评价CEUS对TACE疗效评估的准确性.结果39个病灶中CEUS评估的正确率为92.3%,效果明显.结论 CEUS是一种评价肝癌TACE治疗疗效的有效可靠方法.
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) in the assessment of the therapeutic effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) with iodized oil for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods CEUS was used in 39 HCCs after TACE and the final diagnoses were described as the standard to see the accuracy of CEUS in assessing the curative effect of TACE.Results The diagnostic accuracy was 92.3% for CEUS,and the effect was remarkable.Conclusion CEUS is effective and reliable to evaluate the curative effect of TACE for hepatocellular carcinoma
