脾动脉瘤引起区域性门脉高压症1例报道
摘要
内脏动脉瘤是一种少见的危及生命的严重疾病,常累及脾动脉、肝动脉、肠系膜上动脉和髂动脉等.脾动脉是继腹主动脉和髂动脉后第三位常见的腹内动脉瘤的发病位置[1].现就收治的1例脾动脉瘤引起的区域性门脉高压症进行回顾性分析. 1
