摘要
采用连续驱动摩擦焊的焊接方法对42CrMo和GH2132进行异种材料焊接。通过焊接工艺参数试验、抗拉强度试验和正交优化试验,确定了42CrMo/GH2132异种金属连续驱动摩擦焊的优佳焊接工艺参数为:2级摩擦压力7 MPa,2级摩擦时间8 s,顶锻保压压力15 MPa。汇总工艺参数,应使用"偏硬"的焊接规范来进行42CrMo/GH2132异种金属连续驱动摩擦焊的焊接。
In this paper, we use continuous-drive friction welding to weld dissimilar metals between 42CrMo and GH2132.By welding parameters test,tensile test and orthogonal optimization test,we have determined the optimization of process parameters of continuousdrive friction welding of 42CrMo/GH2132.The optimization is that second grade friction pressure is 7 MPa,second grade friction time is 8 seconds,forging pressure is 15 MPa.Through the summary of process parameters,we have got that we should use the 'partial hard' welding parameters of continuous-drive friction welding of 42CrMo/GH2132.
