高寒地区负温高性能混凝土温控与防裂技术 被引量:3

摘要 超大截面混凝土结构的温度控制和防裂措施是保证混凝土结构质量的关键。通过对高寒地区高铁站房混凝土大体积结构配合比分析、温度监测及混凝土内应力监测,有效地控制了大体积混凝土结构内外部温差,确保了混凝土内应力在可控范围内,混凝土成型质量达到了高性能混凝土要求,对在高纬度寒冷地区负温混凝土结构施工质量控制提供参考依据。 Large sections of concrete structure and the crack control measures of temperature control is the guarantee of the quality of reinforced concrete structure key. Through to the alpine region of high-speed rail station concrete structure with large volume ratio analysis, temperature monitoring, concrete internal stress monitoring, effective control of large volume concrete structure temperature difference inside and outside the Department of, ensure that the concrete internal stress in the controllable range, concrete forming quality has reached the requirements of high performance concrete, in high latitude cold area of negative temperature concrete construction to provide valuable reference.
