摘要
在工程设计中,找坡层的坡度和水平投影长度易确定,但厚度须通过节能计算得出。由于找坡层的厚度是变化的,而算出的厚度只是平均厚度。找坡层厚度大小取决于屋顶节能要求,应深入分析屋顶的传热原理,建立屋顶传热数学模型,通过严密的数学推算,总结找坡层厚度取值的一般规律。再根据找坡层的坡度、坡长和计算厚度值,最终确定找坡层最薄和最厚处的厚度值,为现场施工提供依据。
In engineering design,the slope and the horizontal projection length of sloping layer are easily identified,but the thickness shall be obtained only by calculation of energy saving. The sloping layer thickness is variable,and the calculation thickness is only average thickness. The sloping layer thickness depends on the requirements of the roof energy saving. It is important to thoroughly analyze the principle of roof heat transfer and to establish the mathematical model of roof heat transfer. Then through rigorous mathematical calculation, the common law of how to determine the sloping layer thickness can be summed up. According to the slope gradient,slope length and layer thickness calculation value,the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness can be ultimately determined,it provide the basis for construction site.
