黑籽瓜产量性状的相关与通径分析

Correlation and Path Analysis of Yield Related Traits of Black Seed-watermelon

【目的】研究黑大片籽瓜相关产量性状和单瓜种子重的关系,为籽瓜育种提供理论依据。【方法】以25份黑籽瓜自交系为材料,测定单瓜重、种子数、千粒重、单瓜纵径、单瓜横径、种子纵径、种子横径、单瓜种子重等8个产量性状指标,进行相关和通径分析。【结果】单瓜种子重与单瓜种子数、单瓜重、单瓜纵径、单瓜横径4个性状呈极显著正相关,单瓜种子数、千粒重、单瓜重、种子横径4个性状对黑籽瓜单瓜种子重的决定系数已达到97.77%,其他3个性状对单瓜种子重的决定系数仅为2.23%。【结论】在黑籽瓜品种选育过程中,通过对产量性状的改良、选择,可达到高产优质的目的。

【Objective】Study on the relationship between yield related traits and the seed weight of black seed-watermelon,which could provide a theoretical basis for black seed-watermelon breeding.【Method】 Yield traits of 25 inbred lines for black-seed watermelon were used as experimental materials.The weight,vertical diameter and transverse diameter of per seed-watermelon;seed amounts,1000-grain weight were determinated for correlation and path analysis.【Result】The results showed that the seed weight was very significantly correlated with seed amounts,weight and vertical diameter and transverse diameter of per seed-watermelon.The determination coefficient of seed amounts,transverse diameter of seed,weight and transverse diameter of per seed-watermelon to per seed weight in this experiment was 97.77%,and that of the other factors not concerned was 2.23%.【Conclusion】The goals can be achieved by improving and selecting the yield related traits during the breeding of black-seed watermelon.
