新疆地区厚皮甜瓜白粉病菌生理小种的鉴定 被引量:19

摘要 【目的】确定新疆厚皮甜瓜主要栽培地区甜瓜白粉病生理小种,为选育抗病新品种奠定基础。【方法】采用国际通用的甜瓜白粉病生理小种鉴定寄主与标准鉴定体系,采用孢子悬浮液喷雾法对新疆主要栽培地区12份厚皮甜瓜白粉病菌样本进行接种鉴定。【结果】12份白粉病菌均是瓜单囊壳白粉菌Podosphaera xanthii。鉴别寄主IranH、Topmark、Vedrantais、Nantais Oblong高感白粉病,PMR5、PMR6、PMR45对白粉病免疫,WMR29、Edisto47高抗白粉病,PI414723、PI124111、PI124112、MR1表现抗病,这与瓜单囊壳菌生理小种1抗感反应表现一致。【结论】初步确定新疆地区厚皮甜瓜上白粉病主要由Podosphaera xanthii所致,只存在1个生理小种即生理小种1。 【Objective】In order to breed new melon varieties of resistant powdery mildew,the physiological races were identified in Xinjiang.【Method】Twelve strains of powdery mildew were collected from melons under different conditions in different cultivation sites of Xinjiang.Physiological races were identified on the strains by using thirteen internationally differential hosts.【Result】The observation form microstructure Podosphaera xanthii(P.xanthii)indicated that the twelve melon powdery mildew strains were P.xanthii.They were highly susceptible to IranH,Topmark,Vedrantais and Nantais Oblong,immune to PMR5,PMR6 and PMR45,highly resistant to WMR 29 and Edisto 47,resistant to PI 414723,PI 124111,PI 124112 and MR1.It occurred as the same as race 1 of P.Xanthii.【Conclusion】It could be preliminarily confirmed that physiological race of melon powdery mildew was race 1 of P.Xanthii.and no other races were discovered in Xinjiang Region.
