摘要
【目的】明确新害虫绿长突叶蝉对杀虫剂的敏感性。【方法】用点滴法和浸渍法在室内测定70%吡虫啉WG、30%啶虫脒SL和5%阿维菌素EC对绿长突叶蝉(Erythroneura apicalis Nawa)若虫触杀毒力。【结果】三种杀虫剂对绿长突叶蝉若虫毒力由高到低依次是:70%吡虫啉WG>30%啶虫脒SL>5%阿维菌素EC,对绿长突叶蝉若虫的LC50分别是3.276、5.456、8.070 mg/L。【结论】新害虫绿长突叶蝉对供试杀虫剂较敏感。
【Objective】In order to clarify the sensitivity of the new pest,Erythroneura apicalis to pesticides.【Method 】 The contact toxicity of 70% imidacloprid WG,30% acetamiprid SL and 5% avermectin EC were tested against E.apicalis 's nymphs indoors by topical application and dip-molding.【Result】The results showed that 70% imidacloprid WG was more toxic than the other two pesticides,which in turn were 30% acetamiprid SL and 5% avermectin EC.LC 50 values of the three pesticides at E.apicalis Nawa's nymphs were 3.276,5.456 and 8.070 mg/L respectively.【Conclusion】It was indicated that the new pest,E.apicalis was sensitive to these three pesticides.
