左旋精氨酸对萨福克羊繁殖期血清中NO、GLU及五种酶活性的影响

摘要 [目的]研究萨福克肉羊妊娠早期日粮中添加左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对其血清中NO、GLU含量及相关酶活性的影响.[方法]试验于2011年8月~2012年5月在新疆阿克苏地区天山肉用种羊有限公司进行.选择年龄、胎次相似的萨福克母羊105只,分为三组,每组35只.随机选取一组为对照组:饲喂自配料,自然发情;试验一组:饲喂高能高蛋白饲料,外源激素处理(孕酮海绵阴道栓+ PMSG+ A3),添加L-Arg;试验二组:饲喂高能高蛋白饲料,外源激素处理(孕酮海绵阴道栓+ PMSG+ A3).三组分另在补饲前、配种前、配种47d后采集血清样本.检测血清样本中NO、GLU及相关酶活性的变化.[结果](1)在配种47d后,试验一组与二组、对照组间血清中GLU的含量差异不显著(P>0.05),且在补饲前、配种前、配种47d后三个组血清中GLU的含量差异不显著.试验一组血清中NO的含量和NOS的活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且三个组血清中NO的含量和NOS的活性在配种47 d后均提高于补饲前和配种前,差异极显著(P<0.01).(2)在补饲前、配种前以及配种47d后,试验一组和试验二组血清中LDH、ALP的活性均呈现出先下降后上升的趋势,其中试验二组差异显著(P<0.05).(3)在补饲前,对照组血清中L-GDH的活性极显著低于试验二组(P<0.01),配种前的对照组血清中L-GDH的活性显著低于试验二组(P<0.05),在配种47d后,对照组血清中L-GDH的活性极显著高于试验一组(JP<0.01);在补饲前对照组血清中ODC的活性极显著高于试验一组和试验二组,在配种前对照组血清中ODC的活性显著低于试验一组,且试验一组和试验二组血清中ODC活性呈上升的变化趋势;但在配种47 d后试验一组血清中ODC的活性显著低于试验二组和对照组(P<0.05).[结论]在萨福克羊妊娠早期按照每只羊17 g/d添加L-Arg后会降低血清中NO、GLU的含量以及NOS、LDH、L-GDH、ODC的活性. 【Objective】The experiment aims to study effects of left-hand arginine added to their diets in early pregnancy in the serum NO,GLU contents and related enzyme activity during the breeding season of Suffolk Sheep.【Method】This test started at Tianshan Mountain Meat Sheep Company from August,2011 to May,2012 in Aksu Prefecture,Xinjiang.105 ewes of similar age and parity were chosen and divided into three groups with 35 in each.A group was selected randomly as the control group.The sheep in this group were fed with fodder we prepared and they were naturally rutted.The sheep in test group I were fed with high energy and protein feed added with L-Arg and they were treated by exogenous hormone treatment(progesterone sponge vaginal suppository + PMSG + A3).Test group II: high energy and protein feed was fed amd treated by exogenous hormone treatment(progesterone sponge vaginal suppository + PMSG + A3).Serum samples were collected respectively from sheep in the three groups before feeding supplementary food,before hybridization and 47 days after the hybridization to measure NO,GLU and related enzyme activity changes.【Result】The results show that:(1) 47 days after mating,the content of serum GLU in test group I and II showed no significant difference(P >0.05),and even so before supplementary feeding,before mating,47 days after mating in the three groups.The content of NO and NOS activity of the serum were significatnly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),and the serum NO content and NOS activity in the three groups after mating were higher than those before mating and before supplementary feeding.The difference was significant(P <0.01).(2) Before supplementary feeding,before mating and 47 days after mating,serum LDH,ALP activity of the test group I and II showed declining tendency at first and then rising tendency.Their contents of the test group II were remarkably significant(P < 0.05).(3) in the mating age,serum L-GDH activity in the control group was significantly lower than that of test group II(P <0.01),before mating serum L-GDH activity was significantly lower than that of test group II(P <0.05),and 47 days after mating and serum L-GDH activity in the control group was significantly higher than that of test group I(P < 0.01);Before supplementary feeding,the activity of serum ODC in the control group was significantly higher than those of test group I and II,before mating,serum ODC activity in the control group was significantly lower than that of test group I,and the serum ODC activity showed ascendant trend in test group I and II.But 47 days after mating,the serum ODC activity in test group I was significantly lower than those of test group II and the control group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】Adding L-Arg to their fodder in the early pregnancy can reduce the contents of NO,GLU and the enzyme activities of NOS,LDH,L-GDH and ODC.
