右旋美托咪啶对全凭静脉麻醉深度的影响

摘要 右旋美托咪啶(dexmedetomidine,Dex)是一种相对选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、催眠、抗焦虑、镇痛、抗交感、抗呕吐的作用[1-3],除了一定的负性心率影响外,不良反应少,现已逐渐成为临床研究和使用的热点.本文旨在探讨丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉中,右旋美托咪啶对麻醉深度的影响,旨在为临床使用提供依据.
