目的对医学期刊论文中存在的典型统计学错误进行分析,给出相应措施。方法从国家级期刊发表的医学论文中,选出具有代表性的统计学误用的例子,根据其错误原因进行辨析。结果缺乏实验设计的思想,不了解资料的性质、怱视统计学方法的应用前提、盲目套用统计方法以及以单因素方法解决多因素问题是误用统计方法的主要原因。结论树立实验设计的思想,合理选择统计分析方法,是不犯或少犯统计学错误的关键所在。

Objective To analyze the typical statistical errors in the papers of medical journal,and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Authors selected from original papers published on national medical journals common statistical errors,and according to their causes resulted in the errors took error diserimination. Results The main causes were of the lack of experimental design,misunderstanding data's nature,ignorance of the precondition of statistical methods,as well as blindly using the single factor method to solve the problem of multiple factors. Conclusion Establishing the idea of experimental design and selecting the statistical analysis method reasonably are the keys to not or less making errors in statistics.
