新生代农民工学习需求调查及改善对策探讨——以杭州市下沙为例

Investigation of the new generation of migrant workers' learning demand and its improvement countermeasures——Taking Xiasha of Hangzhou City as an example

随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,大量农民工涌入城市寻找生存和发展的机会,新生代农民工作为其中的特殊群体,开始成为城市建设的新兴力量。然而,新生代农民工的文化素质和技能水平却不能适应城市发展的需求。本研究以杭州市下沙为例,对新生代农民工的学习需求进行深入调查和分析,并探讨改善其学习需求的对策。

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of migrant workers flood into cities to seek the survival and development opportunities,and as a special group of them,the new generation of migrant workers become the emerging power of urban construction. Nevertheless,the cultural quality and skill levels of the new generation of migrant workers cannot satisfy the requirement of city development. Therefore this research conducts an intensive investigation and analysis in the forms of questionnaires and interviews,etc. on learning demand of the new generation of migrant workers and discusses the countermeasures of improving their learning needs.
