农村大学生返乡就业困境与高校职责

The employment dilemma of rural college students returning home and college duties

占我国高等教育一半人数的大学生来自农村。在接受了良好的现代教育后,这些农村大学生却要面临困境:一方面城市高昂的生存成本使他们举步维艰;另一方面新农村建设人才困乏却很难回去。虽然他们对农村的熟悉程度大于城市,但传统思想、专业不对口等因素使他们不愿返乡。要完成新农村建设的使命,必须寻求人才输入和大学生返乡就业创业的长效机制。

The students from rural areas account for half of students of our higher education. After they accept good modern education,they will be faced with the dilemma; on one side,the city's high cost of living makes them difficult to live,on the other hand,the new rural construction talents lack,but it is difficult for them to go back. Although their familiarity with the countryside is more than with the city,the traditional ideas and the lack of professional counterpart and so on make the rural students unwilling to return home. To accomplish the mission of the new rural construction,we must seek a long-term mechanism for personnel input and college students returning home for employment and venture。
