纪录片《舌尖上的中国》的中国美学表达

China's Aesthetics in the Documentary of A Bite of China

从符号视觉化的审美感知和视听语言的审美艺术两个方面分析《舌尖上的中国》中人与自然"天人合一"的和谐之美;从视听语言营造中国意境、光影艺术造就形与神的统一和互文形式把握节奏张弛相间三个方面分析《舌尖上的中国》的中国美学表达风格。《舌尖上的中国》在创作层面具有中国特色的美学表达风格,在当代网络时代和全球化传播语境下该纪录片以中国人的审美视域,把中国传统饮食与文化相结合,让国内外观众在了解中国传统美食的同时,更加了解中国各地的风土人情、自然风貌和中国文化,以唤起人们对中国电视纪录片新的认识和期待。

From the improvement of documentary,this paper analyzed and classified the aesthetic expression conveyed in the documentary of A Bite of China,and revealed the harmonious beauty of ' unity of heaven and man' delivered in this documentary both from aesthetic perception of visual symbols and appreciation arts of audio-visual language. Chinese aesthetic expression style in A Bite of China is delivered through three following aspects: Chinese artistic conception constructed by the audio-visual language,the form and content closely integrated by the video art,and rhythm well controlled by intersexuality. In network era and the globalization of transmission,A Bite of China,characteristic of Chinese aesthetic expression,integrate the Chinese traditional food and culture with Chinese aesthetic outlook,further improve people's understanding of Chinese customs and practice,natural landscape, and culture,so as to invoke people's new understanding and expecting for China's televised documentary.
