新时期群众观继承了马克思主义唯物史观,是习近平在总结我党群众工作的历史经验和教训的基础上,针对执政党的地位和改革开放的新现实提出的一系列群众思想和工作方法。在当前,随着国际金融危机影响加深、国内贫富差距扩大,环境问题突出,部分干部作风腐化,新形势下做好群众工作除继承我党优良传统外,还应结合新时代的特点,加强法律和制度建设,使各级干部自觉接受人民监督。在工作作风上,坚决反对形式主义、官僚主义和一切消极腐败。准确把握我党群众观的科学内涵,探索新时期群众工作的特点、方法和路径,总结群众工作规律,是新时期做好群众工作的理性思考。

Xi Jin-ping has summarized the historical experiences and lessons of the mass affair of CCP and proposed the View on the Mass in new era. This concept has inherited Historical Materialism of Marxism and offered a series of ideas and methods on account of the ruling party and reality of opening up to the outside world. Nowadays, with deepening the international financial crisis,widening the gap between the rich and the poor in China,the prominent environment problem,and some corrupt officials,it need for working for mass to inherit from the tradition in accordance with the characteristic of new era and strengthen the construction of legislation and system,in order to make officials in different levels to consciously accept the supervision of people. Formalism,feudalism and any corruption are steadfast resisted. It is reasonable to make an accurate denotation of View on the Mass of CCP,to probe into the traits and methods and rules of mass work in new era.
