新传播格局下群众办报的创新——以《西安晚报》为例

The Creativity of Masses-run Newspaper in the New Transmission Pattern:Taking Xi'an Evening News as the Example

新世纪以来,在以数字技术和网络技术为核心的信息传播技术的推动下,传统的传播格局正在经历着一场颠覆式的变革。顺应这一变化,我党"群众办报"的传统也需与时俱进、不断创新。在近几年办报实践中,《西安晚报》自觉践行"走转改"要求,弘扬"为群众办报"理念,加大"让群众办报"力度,积极寻找新传播格局下地方党报的新出路。就此做了初步的论述和分析。

Pushed by the information transmission taking digital and network techniques as the core,the traditional transmission pattern has undergone an overturning change in this new century. The pattern of masses-run newspaper initiating by CCP needs to keep pace with the times and make continuous innovation in line with this change. In the practical work in recent years,Xi'an Evening News is aware of the requirements of ' go to change',carries forward the idea of ' running newspaper for masses',works harder in ' masses-run newspaper' and actively searches for a new way out for the regional party newspaper in the new transmission pattern. This paper is trying to make a brief discussion and analysis.
