股骨头缺血坏死的影像学改变及其诊断价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的 加深和提高对股骨头缺血坏死的认识.方法 回顾分析45例股骨头缺血坏死患者的X线(CR)、CT和MRI影像学改变,分析其对早期股骨头缺血坏死的显示能力.结果 45例股骨头缺血坏死中,共计累及55个股骨头.X线平片诊断24个;CT诊断38个;MRI诊断50个.结论 X线平片难以显示股骨头缺血坏死的早期影像学表现.MRI"双线征"是诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死的特征性影像学表现,诊断价值高于CT和X线平片,是本病相对最好的检查手段.
