冠状动脉心肌桥的临床特征及相关影响因素研究 被引量:1

Investigation of clinical feature and relative risk flactors of myocardial bridge

摘要 目的 探讨行选择性冠状动脉造影人群中冠状动脉心肌桥的诊断、临床特征、易患因素及治疗.方法 对968例行冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查资料进行回顾性分析,根据造影显示冠状动脉管腔收缩期狭窄程度判定心肌桥.结果 在968例行选择性冠脉造影人群中,共检出24例心肌桥,检出率2.48%.主要发生于左前降支(LAD).5例在心肌桥近端有粥样硬化占20.8%,与脉压、Nobel分级有相关.高血压患者心肌桥检出率为3.2%,非高血压患者心肌桥检出率为1.0%(P<0.05).结论 冠状动脉造影是冠状动脉心肌桥的特异性诊断方式.高血压患者易患心肌桥,严重的心肌桥可能引起心肌缺血表现,同时心肌桥有促发或加速其前段冠状动脉血管发生粥样硬化病变的倾向.
