忠于组织还是忠于主管?

摘要 学术界和实践界对忠于组织和忠于主管的认识存在诸多偏见,没有客观认识到忠于主管的重要性,以及忠于主管与忠于组织之间对立统一的关系。文章首先从理论分析和实证研究两种视角阐述了忠于组织与忠于主管的孰重孰轻的问题;其次,基于实证研究结果,探讨了忠于组织与忠于主管对后果变量的作用机制问题;最后,基于分析结果,提出了若干人力资源管理对策。
