摘要新创企业生成研究是研究者们长期关注且需深入研究的焦点问题。手段导向理论是当前创业管理的前沿研究成果,文章阐述了该理论的由来、主要内容,对目标导向思维模式和手段导向思维模式进行了比较;基于手段导向视角探究新创企业生成过程机理,构建新创企业生成过程模型,以期为企业生成研究提供参考。
