标准化促进船舶涂料品质升级

本文从我国船舶涂料的应用现状、国际船舶涂料标准及法规、我国船舶涂料标准化工作、我国环保标准与节能减排,以及提高船舶涂料质量的途径和建议等方面,论述了世界船舶涂料标准化工作的进展,督促作为船舶工业重要组成部分的船舶涂料行业积极应对新规范、新公约、新标准,加大科技创新,加大人才培养,促进我国船舶工业顺利转型升级。

This paper analyzes the application status of domestic marine coatings, international marine coatings standards and regulations, domestic standardization work of marine coatings,environmental standards and energy conservation. The paper also discusses the approaches and suggestions on how to improve the quality of marine coatings.
