摘要
我国面临着日益严峻的移动源污染问题,现有法律不能满足移动源污染治理的需要。我们应该充分借鉴欧美的先进法制经验,拓展法律规制的移动源范围,实施区域治理机制,并建立在用移动源排污缺陷召回制度,从而完善我国移动源污染治理的法律制度。
China is faced with the increasingly serious problem of mobile source pollution .However , the existing law cannot meet the need of mobile source pollution control .On the basis of learning from for-eign advanced practices ,we should expand the range of mobile source regulated by law ,work regional governance mechanism ,and establish recall system of the pollution discharge defect of mobile source . Through these ways ,we can perfect the legal system of governance of mobile source pollution in China .
