高职学生软实力培养的现状与对策探析

Analysis on Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students' Soft Power

在实践中,人们越来越重视高职生软实力的培养。但从总体上看,高职生软实力的培养还存在着高职教育的定位不清,课程设置上忽视高职生软实力的培养,高职学生软实力的培养缺乏有效的评价机制等问题,应通过加强政府的主导作用,发挥高职院校的主体作用,构建校企合作实践平台,提高学生自身的主动性等措施提高高职生软实力培养的总体水平。

In practice,people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of higher vocational college students' soft power.But in general,there are some questions in the cultivation of higher vocational college students' soft power,the problems include ignoring the cultivation of higher vocational college students' soft power in the school curriculum,the positioning of higher vocational education is incorrect,lacking an effective appraisal-mechanism of the cultivation of higher vocational college students' soft power.On how to improve the standards of the cultivation of higher vocational college students' soft power,the government should enhance its dominant effect,higher vocational colleges should play a key role,to construct the cooperation between college and enterprise,students should pay more initiative to enhance their own soft power.
