随着我国社会的迅速发展,高职院校毕业生面临的就业压力越来越大,如何培养出适应社会转变的高技能型人才已成为社会广泛关注的话题。本文拟从"自尊自信"人生观的阐述、当前高职就业教育现状及"自尊自信"人生观教育对高职生就业能力改善等方面,来讨论人生观教育在高职就业指导中的重要作用。

Along with the rapid development of our country,higher vocational college students are facing more and more pressure.It is a topic that how to bring out high skill talents who adapt to the society well.From the aspects of outlook on self-respect and self-confidence,the present situation of higher vocational college students' empoyment education,and the interaction between them,the paper does some thinking.
