摘要
学校为了提高经营效率,纷纷寻找提高效能的各项重要因素,而创新活动是能够提高学校经营效率的重点要素。学生对于学校创新活动的认知,会影响学校创新活动发展的成效;也会对于学校效能的提高产生影响。以大学生为研究对象,探讨学校的创新管理对与学校经营效能的影响,并探讨其在学校的创新管理活动与学校效能间的关系。研究方法包括:叙述性统计分析、t检定、单因子变异数分析、径路分析。研究实证显示:管理创新活动对于学校效能无显著正向影响;课程教学创新活动对于学校效能亦呈现无显著且正向影响;仅有特色创新活动对于学校效能达正向且显著影响。建议学校将资源配置于特色创新项目领域,将会对学校的经营效能产生比较明显的促进作用。
The paper puts forward that innovative activity may be one of approach to efficient management that colleges and universities have been seeking to find. It argues that students' perception on innovative activity may make a big difference to their practical effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the whole management system. This study sets out to explore the relationships between innovative management activities and university management efficiency. We interviewed students in the university. The questionnaires were administered to 400participators and the effective rate of return for the questionnaire is 86%. Then descriptive statistic, t-test, oneway ANOVA, and path analysis are used in analyzing the data. The results show that neither management innovation activities nor course teaching innovation activities have significant effects on university efficiency. Only the featured innovation activities have significant and positive effects on school efficiency. These findings can be helpful in improving management efficiency.
