摘要
对高职院校教师科研能力的合理、客观、公正评价有利于促进高职教师科研积极性。针对当前高职院校教师科研能力评价体系的不足,通过对相关研究的比较分析,运用模糊层次分析法、专家打分法确定各级指标权重,以14个二级指标构建二个层次高职院校教师科研能力综合评价模型,使评价结果能比较科学地反映高校教师科研综合能力。
The paper argues that a reasonable, objective and unbiased appraisal system for vocational college teachers' academic capacity can inspire students' zest for scientific research. It sets out to examine the inadequacy of appraisal system for vocational teachers' academic capacity. Then the weight of index of each level is determined by comparative analysis of relevant studies, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring. The paper puts forward a two-layer comprehensive appraisal model for vocational college teachers with 14 second level index. It concludes that the results with the appraisal system can better demonstrate teachers' comprehensive academic capacity.
