德国“双元制”在中国高职教育中推行的问题及对策研究

On Application of German Dual System in Higher Vocational Education of China

德国"双元制"作为一种较成功的办学模式,对中国职业教育的发展具有一定的借鉴作用。通过文献分析和比较研究的方法,结合企业实践,对德国"双元制"进行深层次的分析,认为:德国"双元制"在中国高职教育中推行的阻力主要来自于企业。针对上述阻力提出七个方面的推行对策。

The paper maintains that problems still exist in the higher vocational education of China despite years of reform. The dual system, which has been proved successful in German, can be useful to the development of vocational education of China. In this research, literature review and comparative research are made to analyze the essence of dual system. It points out that the major obstacle of practicing dual system in the vocational colleges of China is from enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward strategies from seven aspects to clear up the obstacle.
