辽宁省青少年体育锻炼心理效益测评体系及应用研究

Youth Sports Exercise Psychological Benefit Assessment System in Liaoning Province and Application Research

运用专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,构建了包含6个维度的体育锻炼心理效益测评体系,包括身体自尊、主观体验、人际交往、困难应对、身体价值和思维灵活。在此基础上开发了针对性强、信效度较高的心理效益测评量表,建立了辽宁地区评价常模,为辽宁地区青少年体育锻炼心理效益的测量与评价提供了支持。

This study using the method of expert interview,questionnaire survey,constructed contains six dimensions of physical exercise psychological benefit evaluation system,including the physical self-esteem,subjective experience, interpersonal, difficult to deal with,body flexibility value and thinking. On the basis of the development of the strong pertinence,high reliability and validity of psychological benefits evaluation scale,evaluation norm in liaoning province was established,youth sports exercise in liaoning province for the measurement and evaluation of psychological benefits provided support.
