摘要
在全面应对省运会的击剑训练中,针对青少年击剑训练缺乏系统化训练的问题,运用木桶训练理论,指导青少年击剑运动员体能训练,具体措施包括:(1)统一教练员、运动员训练思路,明晰木桶训练理论;(2)科学测评各类体能,找体能强项与弱项,提出针对性体能训练方案;(3)及时评估训练效果、及时调整、及时反馈;(4)科学对待、合理安排体能训练;(5)重视关键素质训练;(6)强调均衡、系统安排运动负荷原则;(7)突出项目核心要素训练。以上体能训练实施后,取得了不俗的成果,为后续击剑体能训练积累了经验,奠定了基础。
In a comprehensive response to the Provincial Games fencing training,lack of systematic training for young fencing training issues,the use of cask training theory to guide youth fencers physical training,specific measures include: 1) a unified coaches,athletes training ideas,clear cask training theory; 2) evaluation of various types of physical science,looking for physical strengths and weaknesses,propose specific physical training program; 3) timely assessment of training effect,adjust,and timely feedback; 4) scientific treatment,reasonable arrangements for physical training; 5) emphasis on key quality training; 6) emphasizes balancing exercise load system arrangement principles; 7) highlights the core elements of the training project. After the implementation of the above physical training,and achieved good results for the subsequent physical training and accumulated experience fencing,laid the foundation.
