摘要
仪器设备是科研单位进行科研活动和自身事业发展的不可缺少的重要物质基础,如何安全有效管好、用活仪器设备,最大程度发挥投资效益,提高设备利用率,为科研工作提供最优质的服务,是科研单位管理工作的重要内容之一。通过对中国石油集团工程技术研究院防腐保温实验室设备不安全因素的分析评价,采用全面质量管理理论中的"人、机、料、法、环"这五个影响质量的主要因素提出实验室设备的安全管理对策,从而提出了从选型采购、使用、维护保养,报废处理等方面进行设备全生命周期安全管理,为实验室设备管理和可控运行提供了有益的参考。
Apparatus and equipments are indispensable and important material foundation for research units to carry on research activity and develo Ptheir causes.It is one of the important tasks for the management work of research units to effectively supervise and utilize the apparatus and equipments so as to bring investment benefits into play and improve the utilization of the equipments to the maximum,which provides best service for the research work.This paper analyzes and evaluates the unsafe factors of the equipments in the Anticorrosion & Thermal Insulation of the CNPC Research Institute of Engineering Technology.It puts forward the safety management countermeasures for the laboratory equipments through adopting the five main factors that may influence the quality which are 'man,machine, material,method and environment'.Accordingly,the paper also puts forward the safety management of the equipment overall lifecycle.This provides useful reference to the laboratory equipment management and controllable operation.
