摘要
通过某溶剂罐可能存在的内外承压开裂及其它风险,针对不同成本的三种设计,以HAZOP分析为基础,使用事故树、故障树等方法估算各类风险的概率,展示事件树、事故树、HAZOP等多种分析方法的有效运用,及这些方法风险评价概率的实现过程,从而解释生产中安全评价的价值,反映出概率风险评价在生产中的实际作用,达到评价这些风险的目的。
Based on HAZO Panalysis,this article estimates the probability of various possible risks including crack from inside and outside pressure of certain solvent tank according to three different designs with different costs.It reveals the effective application of various analytical methods involving event tree analysis,fault tree analysis and HAZO Panalysis.The article also reveals the realization process of risk assessment probability of these methods and hence it explains the value of safety assessment in production.It reflects the practical application of probability risk assessment in actual production so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating these risks.
