摘要
油气站场属易燃易爆场所,其生产设施的雷电与静电防护历来是现场安全管理工作的重点,但由于部分企业安全技术及管理人员,甚至政府部门的个别安全监管人员对该问题认识不深刻,概念不清晰,导致油气站场金属管道雷电与静电防护措施设置不当。通过分析油气站场金属管道系统雷电和静电危害的形成机理、危害方式和危害后果,深入研究两者之间的联系和区别,纠正了人们在金属管道法兰跨接导线设置认识上存在的误区,提出相应的安全防护意见,进而提高油气站场的本质安全水平。同时向国家有关部门提出相关建议,希望藉此推动国家标准化事业的健康发展。
Oil and gas stations are flammable and explosive places where protection against lightning and static for the production facilities are the key parts of on-site safety management work.However,due to the lack of dee Punderstanding and clear concepts of this problem by some safety technology and management staff from some enterprises or even some safety supervisors from the government,there exist some improper preventive measures against lightning and static for the metal pipelines in oil and gas stations.Through analyzing the formation mechanism,harm mode and consequences of the lightning and static harms of the metal pipelines in oil and gas stations and making indepth research on the relationshi Pand differences between these two kinds of harms,this paper corrects the misunderstanding of the installation of metal pipeline flange jumper wire in oil and gas station.It puts forward some corresponding safety protection measures and so improves the intrinsic safety standard of the oil and gas stations.
