生物高分子聚合物的静电纺丝研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 纳米材料因具有特殊的强度和性能,而被广泛应用于包装材料、加工助剂、质量与安全检测等食品工业.静电纺丝是一种新型的纳米材料制备技术,本文介绍了静电纺丝的原理;综述了国内外静电纺丝在多糖类、蛋白类、核酸类等生物高分子聚合物纳米材料上的研究进展;重点阐述了壳聚糖、丝素蛋白、明胶的静电纺丝;最后展望了其发展方向.
