Research on Promoting Leap-forward Development in Gansu Province——A Case of Industry

工业是甘肃国民经济的重要支柱、财政收入的主要来源和群众就业的主要领域,在经济社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位和作用。文章研究了甘肃推进工业跨越发展面临的基础条件、历史机遇和制约因素、主要举措以及保障措施,并提出了在推进跨越式发展中必须处理好四个关系:跨越发展和科学发展的关系;工业发展与环境保护的关系;政府与市场的关系;工业跨越发展与三产协同发展的关系。

Industry is the mainstay of the national economy in Gansu province, the main source of revenue and the main areas of employment, have a vital role in the economic and social development and function. This paper studies the Gansu basic conditions faced by promoting industrial development, opportunities and constraints of history factor, major initiatives and safeguards. And advances made in leaps and bounds must handle four relations: spanning development and the relationship between scientific development, industrial development and environmental protection; relationship between Government and market; relationship between industrial development and coordinated development of three industry.
