摘要
本文针对本地区公共交通发达,存在发生重特大交通事故安全隐患的特点,对重特大交通事故军地联合紧急救援模式进行了分析,包括重特大交通事故的特点以及军地联合对重特大交通事故实施紧急救援的必要性、原则和具体措施,以期提高军地联合应对重特大交通事故的保障能力。
The emergency rescue rode established on combination of the civil and the military for coping with serious traffic accidents was analyzed according to the local developed public transportation and the hidden danger of serious traffic accidents,including to the characters of serious traffic accidents and the essentiality,the basic principles and the practical measures of combination of the civil and the military for coping with serious traffic accidents.The aim of this paper was to improve the emergency rescue ability of combination of the civil and the military for coping with serious traffic accidents.
