氦氖激光照射对心脏起搏器手术切口术后的临床研究

摘要 目的观察氦氖激光照射对心脏起搏器切口术后的影响。方法植入永久性心脏起搏器的368例,分为照射组186例及对照组182例。对照组给予抗生素及换药等处理,照射组治疗同对照组外,术后24 h加行氦氖激光局部照射。比较两组术后切口疼痛的情况、切口感染率、囊袋血肿发生率及切口愈合时间,观察照射组不良反应发生情况。结果术后照射组疼痛程度较对照组轻,血肿发生率、切口感染率及囊袋感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05),照射组平均手术切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氦氖激光局部照射应用于起搏器植入患者,能减轻术后疼痛,降低切口和囊袋感染率及囊袋血肿率,加快手术切口愈合,使用安全。 Objective To observe the effects of helium-neon laser local irradiation on cardiac pacemaker operative incision healing.Methods 368 patients who implanted a permanent cardiac pacemaker were divided into irradiation group(186 patients) and control group(182 patients).Patients in control group were treated with antibiotics and change of dressing,and patients in irradiation group were treated added with helium-neon laser local irradiation 24 hours after operation.Wound pain,infection rate,pocket hematoma occurring rate and incision healing time of the two groups were compared.Adverse reaction of irradiation group was observed.Results Incision pain is lighter in irradiation group than in control group.pocket hematoma occurring rate,Incision infection rate and Pacemaker pocket infection rate in irradiation group is lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Average incision healing time in irradiation group is lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of helium-neon laser local irradiation on pacemaker implantation patients can reduce postoperative pain,reduce incision and pocket infection and pocket hematoma incidence,accelerate the healing of operation incision,it is safe.
