摘要
分析了各种标准、规范对航空机轮径向-侧向联合载荷试验要求,对于滚转疲劳试验,TSO标准明确了偏转机轮试验方法。按照国军标GJB1184要求的侧向载荷为0.25倍垂直载荷的前提下,经理论简化计算,推导出机轮偏转角度为14?,液压缸需要施加的载荷(作用力)至少为1.03倍垂直地面(鼓轮)的设计承载载荷。
nalysis of a variety of standards,specifications for aircraft wheel combined radial-side load test requirements are presented.The rolling fatigue test yawed load is a combined radial-side load condition.The definition of wheel loads applied to a ground coordinate system.For side load,the TSO standard defines clear requirements rotated or yawed wheel tested in roll test method.Based on 0.25 times the vertical load in accordance with the GJB1184 requirements the simplifying calculation by the theory derived out deflection is 14°of the wheel tested relative to the drum and the load(force) need to be imposed by the roll test stand hydraulic cylinders is at least 1.03 times that of the vertical ground(drum surface) load.
