摘要
从电火花的加工机理出发,以电火花铣加工某航空零部件作为研究对象,研究在电火花加工环境中,各电参数对工艺指标的影响规律,并进行了工艺实验,验证了电火花铣削的高效性。
Based on EDM mechanism theory,the aerospace parts machining for study objects were taken.studying the influence of various electrical parameters make on the process was studied.The result of the experiment was analyzed.The efficiency of the EDM milling was verified.
