摘要
综述了精密机械加工、高能束加工、微细电火花加工、化学加工、电化学加工等多种精细金属网/栅制造方法的优缺点及其发展现状。因具有适用材料广泛、加工效率高、表面质量好、无机械切削应力、孔形不受限制等优点,掩模微细电解加工在精细金属网/栅制造方面潜力巨大。
Technologies of machining precision metal mesh,including precision machining,high energy beam machining,micro electrical discharge machining,chemical processing and electrochemical machining were reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Mask micro-electrochemical machining had a good prospect in machining metal precise sieve because of the wide range of machining materials,high processing efficiency,good surface quality,almost no mechanical force and no limitation in aperture.
