Optimization Torque Design of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 本文首先通过Taguchi算法,筛选对永磁同步电机最大转矩影响较大的结构参数。进一步通过曲面响应法,建立最大转矩与结构参数之间的数学模型。在此基础上,利用遗传算法进行优化设计。有限元仿真和试验结果验证了上述方法正确有效。 Taguchi algorithm is employed to select structure parameters, which influences maximum torque. Furthermore, the surface-response method is applied to establish mathematic model with respect to maximum torque and structure parameters. GA (genetic algorithm) algorithm is selected to realize optimization design. The validity is verified by the finite element simulation and experimental results.
